Today is Aya returning home on Saturday, June 15 I’ve finished cleaning my parents’ house, so I’m here for a coffee break. It’s over 30 degrees Celsius today. It’s so hot that I feel like I’m going to die if I don’t expose my skin as much as possible to release some of the heat. The next day (6/16) is Father’s Day, so I met up with my father and treated him to lunch. Then came bowling! My father used to play bowling a lot as a hobby. after he got sick, he hasn’t been able to play often. But it’s important to move and to be stimulated by the outside environment. I try to make time to take him out as much as I can. I haven’t played bowling in a long time. Hmmm, not bad Split.. I’m a star if I make it!! but… Yes, I know I am an ordinary person.. Came back to my apartment. I thought I usually work out often, but My butt muscles are already sore. Bowling is a sport after all. Before I left home, my mother let me have things as usual. The usual large amount of frozen rice. It will save me for the week starting tomorrow. My mother used to play bowling with my father. She’s still a little tough on her stamina right now. I hope we can all go back and play together again soon. Here’s another nourishing nutritional drink that she always prepares for me. She also made garlic sautéed chicken for me. Even the shape is suspicious, father! you…really? I doubted it. Ok, it is a stretch item… your dauther gets relieved, dad^^;. I thought I’d get it out as soon as possible to see what it’s like. shape… that’s why I’m suspicious of it ^^;. Depending on how you do it, they say it works on the sides, arms, shoulders, flanks, etc. Isn’t that perfect? Don’t underestimate it. It works very well. Surprise! As you can see, the arm pulls, and it’s going to work good from now on. I’m an adult myself, so I know men will always be rambunctious I’m glad that you are all doing well. I also want my boyfriend to be healthy and do well forever.I don’t have it now though. But if I imagine it as a father, it makes me feel a little strange as a daughter. When I was in elementary school, I found a adult-magazine hidden at the a high shelf in the bathroom. I remember the awkwardness of finding it.
