Tómas Lemarquis is interviewed at the UK Premiere of Michael Morpugo’s Waiting for Anya, the new film starring Stranger Things’ Will – Noah Schnapp. Starring alongside him are Anjelica Huston, Jean Reno, Thomas Kretschmann, Sadie Frost, Nicholas Rowe, and Gilles Marini. The film was adapted from Morpugo’s book by director Ben Cookson.
Zehra Phelan and David Sztypuljak were on the carpet, asking questions.
Plot: During the harrows of WWII, Jo, a young shepherd along with the help of the widow Horcada, helps to smuggle Jewish children across the border from southern France into Spain.
Waiting for Anya will be released on the 21st of February, 2020.
