お笑いコンビ「バイきんぐ」の小峠英二さんとタレントの鈴木奈々さんがが1月28日、東京都内で行われた「社会人コミュニティ CIRCLE」事業発表会に登場。
この日は、運転免許証をはじめ、公的な身分証明書を提出しないと入会できないという“日本一安全安心”を目指す社会人向けコミュニケーションアプリ「CIRCLE」（6月サービス開始予定）の発表会で、小峠さんとタレントの鈴木さんが、明るいキャラクターで日本を元気にする「元気大使」に任命された。
