綾瀬はるかさんがオリンピック&パラリンピックを目指す千葉県のテニス選手たちのもとを訪れました。早速車いすテニスに挑戦！ラケットを持ちながら車いすで走行する難しい操作に四苦八苦。そして車いす選手と健常者がペアで相手と戦うニューミックスダブルスのチーム対抗戦がはじまり、みんな、一生懸命です。どの選手もテニスが大好き。「本気でやらなきゃ」「2020年にはライバルを倒す」それぞれの思いを胸にボールを追いかけ、ラケットを振っていました。

Haruka Ayase visited the tennis players in Chiba Prefecture aiming for the 2020 Tokyo Olympic and Paralympic Games. And, she took a try at playing high speed wheelchair tennis! Propelling the wheelchair while swinging the racquet was really difficult for her. Then wheelchair and non-wheelchair athletes paired up for a New Mixed Doubles competition and everyone played avidly. All the athletes love tennis. And, are thinking thoughts like “I’m going to play with all my might” and “I’m going to win in 2020”as they chase balls and swing their racquet.
