“人型のゴキブリ”と昆虫の能力を持った人間たちが、未来の火星を舞台に激しい戦いを繰り広げる人気マンガが原作の実写映画「テラフォーマーズ」（三池崇史監督）のウェブ版特報映像が11月6日、公開された。特報では青々と苔が生えた火星や、火星に向かう15人のメンバー、主演の伊藤英明さん演じる小町小吉と武井咲さん演じる秋田菜々緒が“人型ゴキブリ”と遭遇する場面も描かれている。また、映画が2016年4月29日に公開されることも決定した。
「テラフォーマーズ」は、「週刊ヤングジャンプ」（集英社）で連載中の貴家悠さん作、橘賢一さん画のマンガで、コミックスの累計発行部数が1300万部を超えている人気作で、これまでスピンオフマンガなど、計3作が連載され、テレビアニメ化もされた。
映画は、西暦2599年が舞台。日本は人口増加により貧富の差が激しくなり、政府は移住先として火星を地球化＜テラフォーミング＞する計画を開始し、人が住みやすい環境を作るため、人類より先にコケとある“生物”を送り込んだ。しかし、その“生物”が異常進化を遂げ、駆除のために何も知らない貧しい15人が火星に送り込まれ……というストーリー。
山田孝之さん、小栗旬さん、山下智久さん、篠田麻里子さん、菊地凛子さん、ケイン・コスギさん、加藤雅也さん、小池栄子さん、滝藤賢一さん、太田莉菜さん、福島リラさんら豪華キャストも出演する。

The web version teaser trailer of the live action movie “Terra Formars” (directed by Takashi Miike), which is adapted from the popular manga about a fierce battle between the human having insects’ capacities and “humanoid cockroaches”, sets in the Mars in the future, was released on Nov 6th. In the teaser, there are the scene of the Mars with moss growing lushly, the scene of 15 members flying towards the Mars, and the scene of Shokichi Komachi (portrayed by the main actor Hideaki Ito) and Nanao Akita (portrayed by Saki Takei) encountering “humanoid cockroaches”.
