Shimura Tribute” who has filled most of the host’s life with laughter and happiness and to all the Shimura fans who love and grieve for him dearly since the COVID-19 suddenly did take him away on the 29th of March 2020. RIP Shimura-san. We will remember him forever 🍷💐🍶 💐🥃💐🍺 !!
※ In March 2020 K. Shimura who died of pneumonia caused by COVID-19 at the age of 70, and his agency IZAWA OFFICE Co., Ltd. (株式会社イザワオフィス) received the “Konjyu Hosho (紺綬褒章 / Dark-Blue Ribbon Medal)” at the Imperial Palace and the “Japanese Red Cross Society Golden Order of Merit (日本赤十字社金色有功章)” respectively.
His fans expressed their congratulations one after the other on receiving these awards: “I think Shimura-san in heaven is very happy to receive such a wonderful award !!” “I will always support you Shimura-san !!” “Shimura-san is eternal !!” etc. In addition the bereaved family of Shimura who attended the award ceremony fans were also moved to tears: “His big brother looks so much like Shimura-san I felt as if I could see him again !!” etc.

Shimura-san was a heavy smoker as shown in quite a few videos of him smoking cigarettes but he stopped smoking once and for all when he contracted pneumonia in 2004.
