女優の橋本愛さんや宮崎あおいさんが出演する映画「バースデーカード」（吉田康弘監督）の予告編。映画は2016年10月22日公開。
映画は、毎年届くバースデーカードに書かれたメッセージを通して亡くなった母親と残された家族との絆や深い愛情を描いた感動作。バースデーカードを通じて成長していく主人公・紀子を橋本さん、紀子が10歳のときに亡くなった母・芳恵を宮崎さん、紀子の父・宗一郎をユースケ・サンタマリアさん、弟・正男を須賀健太さんが演じる。

Aoi Miyazaki and Ai Hashimoto played mother and daughter. Trailer of movie “Birthday Card”
The movie is a heart-touching story about the deep affection and bond between the deceased mother and all family members via messages written on the birthday cards which are sent anually.
Hashimoto played Noriko – the main character growing up through the birthday cards, Miyazaki played Yoshie – her mother who passed away when Noriko was 10 years old, Yusuke Santamaria played Soichiro – father of Noriko, and Kenta Suga played Masao – her younger brother.
