第68回カンヌ国際映画祭で「ある視点部門」の監督賞を受賞した映画「岸辺の旅」（黒沢清監督）の予告編。
今作は、湯本香樹実（ゆもと・かずみ）さんが2010年に発表した小説が原作で、3年間も失踪（しっそう）していた夫が突然帰宅し、夫婦そろってその間に世話になった人たちを訪ねながら愛を深めていく姿が描かれる。俳優の浅野忠信さんと女優の深津絵里さんがダブル主演を務め、初めて夫婦役を演じている。旅の途中で出会う人々には小松政夫さん、蒼井優さん、柄本明さんら演技派がそろう。
3年前に失踪した夫の薮内優介（浅野さん）が突然帰ってきて、妻の瑞希（深津さん）に自分は死んだと告げる。優介に誘われ旅に出た瑞希は、優介が過ごした3年の間、お世話になった人々を訪ね歩く。空白の3年間をたどるように旅するうちに、瑞希と優介は、それまで知らずにいた秘密にも触れることに。そして、お互いへの深い愛を改めて感じる2人だったが、瑞希が優介を見送る時が次第に近付き……というストーリー。

“Journey to the shore” movie trailer
The movie trailer of the movie “Journey to the shore” (directed by Kiyoshi Kurosawa) of which the director won the Best Director Prize in the Un Certain Regard in the 68th Cannes Film Festival.
This movie was based on the novel published in 2010 by Kazumi Yumoto, portraying a couple reuniting after the husband came home from 3-year-missing and how they visit those who have helped them, through which their love is deepened.
